- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery location:
- North India: 3–6 working days
- Central India: 4–8 working days
- South & East India: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or government regulations.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, size, quantity, and delivery address.
- Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
- Bulk or wholesale orders may have separate freight charges.

Courier partner selection depends on service availability in the customer’s area.

Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos of the package and product.
- After verification, replacement or refund will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Bulk & Wholesale Orders
- Bulk orders may be shipped via transport services instead of courier.
- Delivery time depends on destination and transport schedule.
- Loading, unloading, and freight charges may apply as per agreement.

SD Industries is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Wrong contact details provided by the customer
