Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their order under the following conditions:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through email, phone, or WhatsApp support.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us with the following details:

- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by our support team.
Cancellation Time Frame
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
- Cancellation requests must be made within this processing period.
- Requests received after dispatch will not be eligible for cancellation.
Bulk & Customized Orders
- Bulk orders, wholesale orders, or customized manufacturing products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Advance payments made for such orders are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
Partial Cancellations
- Partial cancellation of items from a single order may be allowed before dispatch.
- Shipping charges (if already applied) may not be refundable.
Cancellation by SD Industries
SD Industries reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The product is customized or made-to-order
- The order is placed under special pricing or clearance sale
